Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We at Madam Linen know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

  • Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-10 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. However there might be a slight delay in delivering your products due to unexpected natural conditions.

  • Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value. A Shipping  charge of Rs. 150/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 1499/-

  • We ship orders PAN India via couriers like Shiprocket , Xpressbees , Delhivery, Shadowfax,  E-comm express, DTDC, India Post & Bluedart. All orders are shipped on surface transport basis.

  • For International orders, we use few of the above shipping agencies. Kindly reach out to us on whatsapp or email us before placing an international order to avoid any post order hassle. 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Madam Linen, we ensure that every product undergoes thorough quality checks before shipping. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you with a replacement.

Claim Process for Damaged or Wrong Items

  • You must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video taken from the moment you open the package. The video should be continuous and without any pauses, cuts, or edits. Claims without an original unboxing video will not be considered.

  • Please email us within 24 hours of delivery at madamlinen@gmail.com with your order details and the required proof.

  • If your claim is approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on how to send the product back to our studio.

Important Notes:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than receiving a damaged or incorrect product.

  • SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. In case of an issue, you may request an exchange or a coupon code of the same value.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed for the product value only.

  • Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders. COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will receive a coupon code for the product value, which must be used within 30 days.

  • Cancellations can only be made before the order is dispatched.
